Announce Strategic Alliance to Provide
New All-in-One Hospitality Solution

Herndon, VA - June 23, 1997 - Mitel Telecommunications Systems, Inc., Voice Systems Research, Inc. (VSR), Xiox Corporation (Xiox) and TASKE Technology (TASKE) announced today they have formed a new strategic alliance to provide "best-in-class" telemanagement solutions that will better meet the diverse and evolving needs of the hospitality market. As a result of their collaboration, this alliance will unveil an innovative hospitality product called Guest Suite at the Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition & Conference (HITEC) on June 24-26, 1997 in Baltimore, Maryland. Designed to provide the lodging industry with the first all-in-one hospitality solution, this unique product will feature VSR's powerful Guest Messaging system and offer a suite of selectable module options, such as the Mitel SUPERSET 7000 Attendant Console, TASKE's ACD Toolbox, and Xiox's Prophet Hospitality and Lodging Software Series call accounting systems. Packaged as a flexible, single-box platform with an open-architecture design, GUEST SUITE will be the first hospitality product available to offer such a diverse palette of integrated computer telephony solutions.
