VSR Releases Voicentre Express and
COVoice Express

ROCKLIN, California, April 14, 1999: Voice Systems Research, Inc. (VSR) has released two new Voice Mail / Voice Processing systems in response to heavy demand for cost effective, full featured systems for small businesses.

Voicentre Express, based on VSR's popular Voicentre system, is a wall mountable, entry level system available with 2-8 ports and 100 hours of voice storage. It has the same powerful features as the original, larger Voicentre, including voice mail, automated attendant, fax tone detection, distribution lists, caller queuing, screening, and integration with over 200 telephone systems. COVoice Express is an entry-level system modeled after VSR's Mitel integration powerhouse, COVoice. Utilizing the only Mitel licensed PC based COV integration board, the integration of COVoice and COVoice Express with Mitel telephone systems provides fast accurate connections, advanced features and reduced hardware and software costs. COVoice Express provides the same unique features as the bigger COVoice system, including voice mail, automated attendant, scheduled events and loudspeaker paging announcements with call retrieve, but in a smaller package.

Like Voicentre Express, COVoice Express is wall mountable and is available in 2 or 4 port configurations and 70 hours of voice storage. Included with COVoice Express is VSR's Hospitality package. Designed specifically for hotels, the Hospitality Package offers a powerful set of features which ensure that hotel guests can easily access confidential, accurate and timely messages from anywhere at any time. "We have seen a great demand for compact, affordable, yet full featured systems -- products that are cost effective for even the smallest businesses, but offer the features and capabilities of systems that you see in very large offices," says Mark Cederloff, VSR President. "We are excited to offer Voicentre Express and COVoice Express because they fit this need perfectly."
